Cultch will be fondly remembered as a sincere, warm and friendly person.

He was an officer who was always willing to impart his knoweldge and skills to young officers. He solidered through his illness and remained in good spirits until he was called home to be with the Lord.

He is truly missed and lives on in our thoughts.

May his soul rest in eternal peace.
